One of our workshops is designed to inspire and mobilise large groups towards a clear outcome. This version - for Metlifecare -we called “100 minutes to a new values set”.

Using the creative power of making art, we facilitated a speed session with 95 of Metlifecare’s leaders to create a shortlist of behaviours they valued most.

These findings were then turned into a sister workshop ‘kit’ that was delivered to all 25 villages, so all staff could contribute to a new set of values for this incredible organization.
