After many many years with the same leadership, it was time for a shot in the arm for this respected hospitality advocacy group.

While the new CEO inherited a talented team, the brand story and identity wasn’t helping inspire anyone inside or outside the organisation.

Our new story put Hospitality New Zealand back on the front foot, assertively advocating for members rights again. We developed a rallying cry – Thanks for the Hospitality New Zealand! – and wrote a story that positioned the business much closer to being a tourism brand whose members actively contribute to New Zealand’s tourism industry.

This is my second massive rebrand with this A team, the first being New Zealand’s leading children’s health charity Cure Kids many years ago (which still looks great today!). Radiation remains my only choice as a brand partner. I never fail to be amazed at Jill’s innate abilities to ‘read a room’ and a potentially challenging cohort, and deliver a process, a level of engagement and a brand response that creates raving fans.
